🩺 Maintenance — Quotes Payload Diet (admin only)
Quote documents are still stored as inline base64 inside fd_quotes, which has grown the table to ~30 MB and slows startup/backups. This tool moves each inline quote doc into the fd_documents table (the same place shipment docs already live) and leaves only a small pointer behind — shrinking fd_quotes without losing any file.

Always run “Analyze” first, and take a fresh backup before a live run. The live run verifies every file landed in fd_documents before stripping the inline copy, skips docs already migrated (resumable), and saves quote-by-quote. Email “print-PDF” docs are left inline by design (preserves their print behavior).
